    It is a little tough to read so I may not be reading it correctly.

    Your post workout meal has 17g of protein? If so to me this is too low.

    What happens at Dinner, I can't make out that word? appron?

    You list meal #8 but I only see 7 meals by that time.

    The 6 hours before your workout you are only taking in 70g of protein? If so to me this is too low.

    Your first meal has 47 g of fat? If so this is too much to me.

    You have milk 6 times a day, if your system can take it I guess it is ok. It might be better to have some meat and or chicken in there instead sometimes.

    EDIT

    I am looking at the menu again because it doesn't seem to add up correctly.

    Look at your breakfast oatmeal.

    The numbers don't add up correctly if you take 4(protein grams + carb grams) + 9 x fat grams. Do you see what I mean or am I still reading it
    incorrectly?

    I just looked again, none of the numbers add up correctly.

    Your breakfast if the protein carbs and fat grams are correct is actually over 1331 calories.
    And so on with the totals etc.

    Well, its not all filled in,

    all the blanks need to be filled in with nutritional values,

    appron = approx, i still gotto find some figures for it

    post work out has tuna that is 30 grams protein, that better?

    Also, I would look at your actually numbers. Egg whites are about 17/large egg white. so four would be 34 calories not 304. And Oatmeal is about 300 calories for 2/3 of a cup. You do have the right number of total calories for bulking.
    Here is what the first two meal look like to me.. also if you can, I would ditch the bread all together.. but that is me.

    LOL.. I use Protrack.. it does a pretty good job especially after you get the favorite foods in your database.
