When i used to be fat... Like actually 220-225 I took hydroxycut with Ephed dropped 55 lbs! lol And now I'm currently on Megadrine Rfa-1 The old Xenadrine **** is already nuts and its been 4 days... 4Day results = GG non ephedra fat burners. + No shakes No jitters.
I used thermogen 2 2 summers ago... and My god... You get like cracked out I dunno if thats even worth it... Besides the amount of yohimbe lol

You can purchase it at drug stores in an asthma form "Bronkaid" stacked with caffiene and asprin

Well since i was taking megadrine rfa-1 i was happy with the results since tomorrow is my last day of Epheds :-x But gave me crazy energy as usual didnt get as cut as using thermogen, but really didnt focus on heavy cardio and upped the dosage to 40mg a day instead of the directions 30mg.. because didnt feel the burn

So is consensus that the best cheap stack is just drugstore ephedrine + caffiene pills? Any downside to large amounts of guafenesin going into your system?

I am amazed at how many ephedra prodcuts are back out in the market now. I am glad to see them back, as I had my greatest results with them

OK, so in all, what would you guys recommend as the best ephedrine product/stack? Right now I weigh 250, not sure of my body fat %, but i lift regularly, and do cardio on my non-lifting days. Basically. I want something to help me burn that extra fat away(my belly, thighs, moobs( )

25 mg Ephedrine
200 mg Caffeine
x3/day

I don't get the super-energy 15% lift increases in the gym, but I do sweat more, get my heart-rate going quicker with less effort, and generally notice good fat-loss with it.

Sides: Sleeplessness and shortened sleep period, chest-pain VERY infrequently while doing cardio (which tells me to slow it down), and having to flex my abs and straighten my posture in order to piss because it swells the prostate.

I'm going to cut down to 2x/day I think. I went to bed @ 3 am this morning and woke up @ 7:30
 



Current Recomp Stack: Creatine, Beta-Alanine, Fish Oil, Sesamin Oil, CLA
Other Supps: Paravol

50 mg geranimine + 200 mg caffiene + 25 mg ephedrine = ultra concentration in the WR

should I be concerned about problems if I'm really light?

1 fat cup of coffee + 1 brokaid (25mg sulfate) doesn't do a ton for me compared to just the caffiene. Can I bump it up to two bronkaid? I add 60mg 1,3 methylwhatever (geranium) to the stack sometimes, and it's great, but I've heard it's bad to stay on that for long periods of time.
