| Registered User | Ive run many t3 cycles with no adverse effects, ive had blood work done after every one, i do follow a strict taper down though from my max dose (150mcg's). As for anabolics, ive experienced strength loss on anything less than 500mg of test enathate a week; that included Sdrol, tbol, pplex etc (lost anything for 5-20% on lifts). I also rate it for its nutrient turnover properties at 50mcgs a day. |

| Registered User | I think it depends on far too many factors per individual. For me 50mcgs a day is great for protein turnover without the risk of losing strength / lean tissue. That said ive never gone up to 75mcgs for example because i know how quickly i can lose strength on the stuff. |

| Registered User | Hello all. Just curious after reading the entire thread and posting to it also. I have a bottle of liquid T3 from IBE technologies. It is probably over 2 yrs old. Never been opened, and kept in a dark, cool place the entire time. What is the consensus on this? Still good? If you had it, would you use it? (im thinking of running it at 50mcg, like many of the posters here, for protein turnover, etc. thanks guys Quote:

| Registered User | I have done T3 at 50 mcg for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and don't recommend it. T3 is really the next step in abusing fat burners because your diet is out. You shouldn't have any problems losing 2.2 pounds or 1 kg a week without any fat burners. I don't use fat burners anymore personally and feel irresponsible for using them in the past. |

| Registered User | I have been on triac now for almost 45 days,IM down at least 20 lbs.In these weeks I have done about 15 45 min cardio sessions and Iv been on a very clean low carb diet.I dont even have the strenght to do cardio at some points.My main goal was fat loss,I have so much meat on me that I can run it this long.I actually look 3x bigger but feel completly flat.I have found the sweat spot in how much triac to take without being drained out.The old trimax was dosses to strong,the real stuff comes in at .35 and the triax was 1mg each and would shock you way to hard if you took 3 a day. I just ordered another 200 .35 tabs and I will run triac for 3 months straight. I dont recomend anyone do this enless you know exactly what your taking and doing,I have done many triac cycles and in my opinion a short cycle is really bad,this stuff shuts you down hard in like 3 days and it takes up to a year to get back to 100% normal thyriod function.If your gona take it you might aswell use it for a while to get the most out of it. I got this from greece and even there doctors run long term use for fatloss,but just at the right dosses.I might just do 3 more weeks and stop,but at this point I have found that 5 tabs works awesome for me,I feel fine and I can actually work out.At first I was up to 12 tabs a day and I will never do that again. If you guys can get triac I would take it over t3 anyday....t3 is just for making you lose muscle.Triac is so much safer than t3 also. I have tried them all.and every time triac wins for me hands down |
