Critique My diet for today

  1. Critique My diet for today


    Today I decided that I would indulge and see how bad I can eat. This is what I have had so far. Tell me what you think.

    Meal 1: Starbucks Venti Mocha Frap with whipped cream and mocha on top

    Meal 2: Cheeseburger with a layer of over easy egg and fries from local restaurant.

    Meal 3: Labrada Lean Body RTD

    Meal 4: 1 Medium Pepperoni Pizza from Peter Piper

    What else should I go for? Im thinking about Chuggin a Muscle Milk next

  3. Uhh, you're seeing how bad you can eat for a day? If that's the case drop the expensive supps and just hit KFC,BK,Chinese Buffet and top it off with a DQ icecream cake all to yourself.

    The last time I ate KFC I threw up in my neighbors front yard.

    hahahaha

    It was those wraps they have there. I ate two of those and a meal deal thing. Made me sooooooooooo sick

  12. Well...my best recent was something like this:


    10 am: Big bowl of cereal with 3 cups of Milk

    1030 am: Protein Shake w/ milk.

    12:00pm: 1lb of ham cut up with some chinese crackers.


    3:00pm: 2lb cheeseburger with fries and yes a diet coke.

    6:00pm: Pizza


    9:00pm: Cookies and an array of other junk food.


    10:30pm: Mash potatoes and ham.


    12:00am: Non-fat yougurt strawberry.

    1 am: 2 cups of milk with an oreo.



    Probably some stuff I'm leaving out. I wouldn't do anything like this again but this was maybe my dirtiest bulk ever.

    Other cheat days would go like


    huge bowl of cereal w/ 2 cups of milk

    protein shake with 2 cups of milk

    2.5lbs of chinese food


    13in. Quiznos sandwhich


    Oven Pizza

    Non-fat yougurt + Protein Shake

    20oz of milk with an orea.




    I've been very very strict with my diet in the recent past and really can't even get myself to do another cheat day. I limit myself to cheat meals and even that, I don't get too bad. I've found that I can't pull it off because it that little bump turns into a hill and before I know it I've gained 3lbs of fat within a week. YAY to my metabolism.

  13. Im going to Vegas in 2 days, Im just trying to prime my tolerance for high fat/sodium and HIGH CRAPS!!!!!!!! YAY!

    This is what I've eaten today so far, and I'll probably squeeze in two more meals today. Probably wont be as big as these but they'll be delicious.............and fattening!

    True that! I've been on a cut for the last month and a half and havent had a serious cheat day in who knows how long!!! Thats why today was an unbelievable day!!

  18. Heh, have fun in Vegas. If you get the chance - do the Bellagio buffet. But if you do, clear your schedule. I was there for 3 hours. LOL

  19. I rocked some chicken fingers and fries, a whole pizza, a ton of beers during the phils game and two pats cheese steaks (these are 1000 cals a piece) after the bar friday night. Pretty good cheat day I must say.

  20. I have never had a cheat day. Usually just one cheat meal every few weeks, I have probably only had five cheat meals and I have been bulking since early-Febuary. But when I do have them usually I will eat a large pepperoni pizza to myself.
