| Registered User | How much fat is too much? I was crunching numbers for a bulking diet, and if I eat 2 bulking bars, and take in 2 tablespoons flax seed oil, and 2 table spoons olive oil I have a total of 102 grams of fat, not including anything else that I eat....but it gives me almost 1400 cals I weight 161 and i am 6', as I said in previous posts, my natural weight was 131-133lbs until I got on a medication that made me gain weight. |

It's not going to increase any of your cardiac risk factors, or bring about any health problems. If anything, it'll probably improve your lipid profiles. 100 grams of fat is the minimum level of fat intake necessary to maintain optimal levels of testosterone, as proven in recent research. So, all of that fat is going to help you gain alot of quality mass. Hope this helps, ~Sheesh |
