    Last few days i've had sugar free strawberry preserves on a slice of my carb/protein bread. about 70 calories total with 5 protein 14 carbs 1.5 fat.

    You could have a serving of the Kashi cereal. 14 protein, 30 carbs(10 fiber) 1.5 fat.

    Fat free low sugar dannon yogurt.

    1 tbl natty PB on a piece of bread.

    Are examples of what I eat for the night time snack.


    Although i'm a milk guy and half a cup wouldn't be nearly enough for me for a day and would probably have to finish the night off with a nice cold glass of the skim goodness
