Oke guys, I'm in my first Ud2 week...everything went fine, I was a little scared for the unknown, i guess the next week will be better cuz I know what I can expect.
Now I do have a question on my carbload.
Actually I am a little bit disappointed..why?
Well I started out with 94.5 kg, Thursday morning I was around 91.6 kg so pretty depleted..after my carbload yesterdag my weight has gone up only to 93kg...I expected more.
Lyle says if the carbload went succesfull you should look full and lean with no bloadness or water retention.
When I looked in the mirror this morning I lookes leaner, not that full imo and kinda soft...
So I thought maybe my carbload didn't go as well as I expected.
I'll post my carbload over here and I hope you guys can help me out ..
First of all Lyle recomends 14-16 g/kg of lean mass
I have about 81 kg of lean mass so 81*15 = 1215 grams of carbs.
So to recap that gives me around 1230 grams of carbs in total ...
- 200 + 200 + 100 = 500 on thursday evening
- 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 = 700 on friday
Let me know what you think so I can make it a better carbload...
btw: the pasta is regular white...erm yellow pasta and the loops(with honey) are pretty high in sugar I think around 30 grams of sugar ( per 100 grams )
Edit: I also took 3 grams of creatine with every meal friday, and some vinegar + lemon juice..
