Some of you may have seen my posts in health part abouyt some health issues I had back in the fall. As a result of those I had to stop lifting and all which led to a weight gain of 35 lbs. Now that I am healthy again, I have cleaned up my diet and started exercising again. I just thought I would post my progress here so I can keep track of it and kinda document my progress.
Fortunately, I have been down this road before so hopefully I will be a little more efficient at this than in the past! 'Cause this is gonna be a long road ahead.
