What does everyone think of this list?
Pretty complete?
Looks good to me. I don't care for low sodium or sugar and fat free products. I prefer to just not eat any whole food that may contain something I wish to avoid. I use a lot of fat (butter) and sodium(salt) in my cooking. I am sugar sensative, so I have always monitored my intake. I try not to eat a food that normally has salt, sugar or fat as it major taste component, replaced with a substitue in the flavor position. That is just torturous denial! Some of the replacements are more of a health risk(aspartame) than the original!...I love food and prefer to eliminate certain ones during a specific diet phase as opposed to eating a diet version of the same food. I don't compete athletically any longer, so I don't mind hovering between 12%-15% body fat. I think it is important to maintain a diet you can enjoy for the rest of your life. Good luck!!!
