Just a little back ground, I am 31 and I have already lost about 60lbs. 260ish to 200 pretty much supp free, just good diet and exercise. BUT I have hit a WALL, so I did some reading and this is what I came up with. Any advise would help. Thanks
Well, your kcals are very low for starters. So, if you're nto losing on that amount of kcals its in the diet or your body thinks its starving and its fighting you.
We need more info, and we'd need to see your diet.
