    Critique my Cutting Diet.

    Meal 1 - 6:30 AM Oatmeal-1cup.
    Milk-1cup 1% low fat
    Meal 2 - 9:00 AM Protien Shake -2 scoops
    Meal 3 - 11:30 AM 3 Hard Boiled Egg.
    Brown Rice 1/4 Cup
    Meal 4 - 2:30 PM Protien Shake -2 scoops
    Meal 5 - 5:00 PM 2 Chicken Breasts
Meal 6 - 8:00 PM Tuna in Water 1 can.
    Milk-1cup 1% low fat

This works out to be 1,600 calories
    w/ 202 grams of protien
    111 grams of carbs
    38 grams of fat

    wieght: 220lbs
    age: 29
    6 ft tall

I've been lifting for about a year and would like to cut down to around 200 before trying to do a clean bulk.

I realize this doesn't seem like alot of calories but i'm lowering it abit seeing how i'm not doing cardio at this time. Unless it would be best to up and calories and throw in some light/moderate cardio.

    Thanks in advance.

Nowhere near enough calories, up the cals and add some moderate cardio to boost your metabolism.
Such a low cal intake will make your body go into starvation mode and try to hold onto as much fat as it can, also it will break down muscle tissue which defeats the objective of your lifting.
With your stats, your BMR without any excercise is 2500, so you should eat no less than 2000 cals a day not including any workouts that you do.
You also don't seem to be eating any vegetables, and are you keeping the egg yolks in the boiled eggs?

Yes i'm eating the entire hard boiled egg and yeah you're right about the vegetables.

I've tried higher calorie diets and my body just didn't seem to respond.

i put on size fairly easy but some of that is fluff also.

i'll try adding some more calories and variety to my diet and throw in some cardio.

    thanks.

Roughly what is your BF right now? With that diet you may lose some fat but you will lose tons of muscle and probably get sick.

On the bodyfat % anything i say would be a guess but i'm probably about 15-20lbs overweight.

i have been losing weight on this diet and i've been taking measurement to ensure i don't lose any size.

i don't feel hungry but sometimes near the end of my workout i'll feel like I'm "out of gas".

You feel like you are "out of gas" because:
1 - You are not eating enough calories
2 - You are not eating enough carbs
