  1. 12 week hardcore cut


    I'm going to be doing a 12 week cut losing 2lbs per week. My diet will be 2,635 cals. 200 grams of carbs, 295 grams of protein and 60 grams of fat. I will be lifting 3 days per week 5x5 routine and running hiit four days, with some light walking after each lift session. During the last two weeks of the cycle im going to run halodrol 50 and be only 500 deficit a day as oppossed to 1000...wish me luck. I'm also going to start running an ECA stack starting tomorrow.

  5. 2lbs a week eh? Good luck, without cardio....I don't think that is going to be realistic but give it a shot.

    He's doing HITT 4 days so there is his cardio

    Regardless, losing 24lbs is going to be extremely difficult.


  10. Yeah 24 pounds is allot ...i won' be surprised if he hits a wall after week six or so...and being in a deficit of 1000 i think he might also loose a significant amount of muscle mass.. and i would just run the h50 for 4 weeks to prevent more muscle loss..with proper pct after
