I'm going to be doing a 12 week cut losing 2lbs per week. My diet will be 2,635 cals. 200 grams of carbs, 295 grams of protein and 60 grams of fat. I will be lifting 3 days per week 5x5 routine and running hiit four days, with some light walking after each lift session. During the last two weeks of the cycle im going to run halodrol 50 and be only 500 deficit a day as oppossed to 1000...wish me luck. I'm also going to start running an ECA stack starting tomorrow.
