Hey guys I know that I havent been around much at all. Things are going well. I am doing some pretty intense (mental) military training right now. I sit on my ass about 12 hours a day at a desk. I have been doing cardio 2 times a week along with lifting 3 times a week. Been keeping the cals pretty low. A lot of chicken brocoli and nuts. The vascularuty in my quads is getting pretty sick though. Later guys LIFT BIG EAT BIG SLEEP BIG GET BIG.
