    Hydroxycut Hardcore Log


    What's up everybody? I'll be doing a hydroxycut hardcore log here. I'm giving this a chance. I took albuterol before for only 3 days but I did not like the sides and how i felt on albuterol. I didn't **** for 4 days (bad for a guy who does it 3 times a day). Anyways, I took my first dose today. I will be taking it according to the directions. I will update shortly with my stats, diet, etc. This is my first log of anything so it might suck a little.

    So here are the details:

    I'm a 21 year old Filipino male presenting at 179lbs. My body type is endomorph.

    Diet: I'll will be on cyclic ketogenic diet @ 30% below maitenance for 3 days 1948 calories (low carb), then go up to maitenance for one day 2783 calories (carb up). I'm also tapering my calories so that my biggest meal is my first and my smallest is my last 2 hours before bed time.

    Exercise: Will be doing a 2-on, 1-off/2-on, 2-off split working legs with abs, chest with biceps, shoulders with triceps, back with traps. Cardio will be 5 times a week in morning on empty stomach HIT style @ 45 minutes. So some days will be 2 sessions a day (cardio with weights).

    Additional Supplements: Besides Hydroxycut Hardcore, I'll also use topical yohimbine HCL before my workouts. I'm also on fish oils, flax, 2000mg Vitamin C, and a basic multivitamin.

    Day 1:

    As directed, for the first 3 days I'm taking 2 pills. The first dose was before my cardio this morning and the second was before a meal. My cardio was normal with energy. I used to have a strong cup of black coffee before cardio on an empty stomach for some energy. It was comparable to that. After my cardio was when I felt something. For like 2 minutes, I got a sweat rush like seriously all my glands let out all this sweat. One minute I was dry then, the next second my forehead was drenched. It's like that feeling you get if you almost fell over a ledge or something really scary and the adrenaline rush came after that. I could feel the sweat bead off of my forehead. As for BP, still normal. Usually it is 120/80. It was a little elevated to 125/85. Other than that, I kinda get a flu-like sick feeling (just barely) like a tingly body sensation. That is it for today.

    Most people get that from Yohimbine HCL. Where did you say you are applying the topical Y HCL? abs? chest?

    Goodluck, ever since the ephedra ban has been ineffect, I thought it was useless. I will be watching your progress. One question though, are you not worried about muscle loss when doing HIIT for 45mins?

    Day 2: 45 min cardio on empty stomach in morning

    The sides of feeling flu-like are basically gone. BP is 125/80. My resting heart rate is normally 60-65 beats/min. After taking a dose, it would be up to 80. Right now 5 hours after my dose it is 76. Energy was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'm noticing the red ****s associated with taking this stuff. Kind of scared me but then i remember similar reports of this. Only time will tell if this stuff really works. I took my before pic and when i'm done with this log i will take an after pic and post them at the same time for comparison.

    yohimbine hcl just to the abs region. I've been using the topical stuff for a while now and never felt like that. Maybe it was due to the extra amount in the hydroxycut hardcore itself (the yohimbacore HAHAHA).

    Achilles, no I'm not worried about muscle loss that much. I've been training for a couple years now and it's easy to gain muscle and retain on the ****tiest of diets, but it is very very very easy for me to gain fat too. From my fat kid days you could tell i was endomorph. Today, you wouldn't be able to tell that much from the looks of it, but I still am very smooth and it's extremely difficult to lose fat. By the way, one important stat i forgot about was waist circumfrence. It is currently a little over 36 inches at the belly button.

    Day 3: Cardio

    Felt fine. No more sides really. Stats will come on day 7.

    Day 4: Leg day

    Today was upped doses to 2 pills twice a day. I honestly felt no difference. Heart rate is up to 85 instead of usual 65 beats per minute. Also, I never really experience a crash, but then again, I never really get hyper on the stuff either.

    Day 5: triceps and shoulders

    Today I worked triceps and shoulders with no cardio. Today was a low carb day. Yesterday was a high (maitenance calorie) calorie day. Anyways, I took 2 capsules twice today (total of four) according to directions. Nothing to special. My dumps continue to be a dark brick red color. Other than red ****s, no other sides. Tomorrow a cardio day.

    Day 6: Cardio

    Today was again a low carb day. Everything is normal. No sides. I feel fine. Feces is brick red. Nothing really to report. Sorry this is so boring. On day 8 is when I'm supposed to up the dose from 3 pills twice daily till the end of the cycle. Tomorrow I'll be doing back and traps in morning and a cardio session in the evening to switch it up a little.

    Has your cardio sessions been the same as before(before the usage of hydroxy) or are they easier/better?

    Achilles, here's the low down on that question:
    Basically, when I first started (first dose) I felt that it did improve sessions, but I got used it and actually I kind of feel at least normal or a little sluggish. Before I just used to make a strong cup of coffee and that would get me wired with energy. Same amount of calories being burned. I just raised my dose today to 3 pills (by directions) and I definitely burned more caloires today 200 more than usual. So in my opinion, I get used to it. I'm not feeling any sides or anything except when I raise the dose (the sweaty adrenaline rush feeling I described above), but it only lasts for a day and then I get used to it. If this stuff works (only time will tell), and there's little/no sides, then it will be a great product but we will see.

    Okay guys, everything is basically normal. I don't feel any sides whatsoever at 3 pills twice a day. So when I started I was 36". Now at day 8 I am at 35.5 at belly button region. It seems kind of slow to me. For now on I will be updating every sunday night with measurements because I have nothing to report on a daily basis.

    Wow, sorry about the absence. I didn't mean for this to happen, especially for the guys who were looking at this log for information. I'm totally sorry. I've been getting my ass kicked in med school and my computer was also down for a while. Anyways, to sum it up. I think this stuff is definitely not worth it because nothing has really changed. My waist is barely smaller and mostly just due to the exercise itself. For energy it is OK, I think straight up 200mg pill of caffiene is just as good. The first week I felt like something was happening and everytime you increased the dose as directed but that's about it. I finished the whole bottle. BTW, I don't know what it is but I don't get e-mails when people responded to this forum for some reason. So sorry if it ever took a while to respond to questions.

    My diet consisted of CKD and high and low calorie days. It was low cal, low cal, low cal, high cal (high carb) day. Results were OK. But if you guys are really curious, you guys can try for yourself and see if it works for you. I hated it being 6 pills a day.
