Sorry man, the only way to get rid of those stubborn love handles is to get your diet in check. Basically, you need to burn more calories your taking in.

Depending upon your genetics and your bodies bodyfat storage it may be very difficult regardless of diet and cardio. In men it is usually the last place to go. Meaning you need to be very very lean before you lose it.
The only thing I can suggest besides what Achilles mentioned (which is the most important), is add a cortisol control agent like Lean extreme or a 7-keto transdermal, but even that wont help much w/o hard work.Originally Posted by Achilles13

I naturally have love handles at above 12% BF. Same as Glen they are the last to go. I can tell how my dieting is going by how much love handles I've got. I try to use it for dertermination to stay the course.

Damn love handles. Mine are second to last to go. Just when it seems I have gotten the best of them (from the front view), I turn around and I still have that silly back fat.

Love handles and lower back fat is associated to carb intake and glucose tolerance. Try eating more of a paleolithic (caveman) diet and taking some supps that help with insulin sensitivity. Stabalized R-ALA with tauine and biotin works really well so does grounding up fenugreek seeds and taking a tablespoon or two with breakfast and with dinner.
