Hello. 27, about 93Kg. Stopped working out regularly for a few months. Got a layer of fat i would like to get rid off. Maybe 5-8kg.
Should i do cardio every other day(45 min jogging) w 4 days workout910-12 reps, 3 sets 3 excersises per body part), w a low carb intake(atkins has worked for me in the past). Or does anyone think i shouldn't even bother w weights for a while and just up the cardio for a few weeks till i loose the fat?
