Im an ecto who doesn't gain fat easily, I've gained 60 pounds of muscle in 3 years with little fat gain.

I'm 6'2" 190, I want to drop a few % of fat before I start my next pheraplex cycle to add mass.

If I keep my regular diet and add 2-3 days of cardio first thing in the morning will that be sufficient to lose fat? I've already started, just wondering if I can lose w/o changing diet. I was doing NO cardio before.
