Does anyone here do cardio rowing to burn fat? If so, do you find that it is a better total body exercise than biking, running, etc...
I use it for interval training purposes. Yes, it is like way cool. Dude.

Seriously, it may be slightly better because its a whole body movement, but I think the difference wouldn't be too much.
It's definately better than coffee drinking....which is what I did for cardio yesterday morning.
my morning cardio consists of a 1RM squat on/off the toilet.
After I put a sailor in a water survivial situation, I use 20-25 minutes eliptical and 15-20 minutes rowing per cardio session. My speed vs intesity vs tossing lunch is my guide. But I push way hard in the middle of all my cardio for normal purposes. Not unlike a mountain graph if you will.
