    Cardio Rowing

Does anyone here do cardio rowing to burn fat? If so, do you find that it is a better total body exercise than biking, running, etc...

Rowing is slick. It would be, like, a rad alternative to the treadmill, bra.

    (Yikes...the surfer thing is contageous)

Seriously, it may be slightly better because its a whole body movement, but I think the difference wouldn't be too much.
It's definately better than coffee drinking....which is what I did for cardio yesterday morning.

After I put a sailor in a water survivial situation, I use 20-25 minutes eliptical and 15-20 minutes rowing per cardio session. My speed vs intesity vs tossing lunch is my guide. But I push way hard in the middle of all my cardio for normal purposes. Not unlike a mountain graph if you will.

So since I have 0 rep points and I gave him rep point it came out to negative for him? Why?

    Hey Reid,
When you repped me, it came up in red because you had no points. Positive repping comes up as green. I freaked because I saw red with no explanation. Perhaps in the future comment on what your thoughts are, ie nice post, good info, dude you are huge. Anything.

I am glad you wrote your thoughts in this post in an organized manner. Have some points bud. Way to handle yourself.
