I started my cutter for summer yesterday. I am on cycle with a ramp up of test e, ergo, and prostan(possible). here is my diet:
meals 1&2: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 20 oz ff milk, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese.
meals 3&4: 2 scoops whey, 20 oz ff milk, 1/2 cups oats
meal 5: 6 oz skinless chicken, spinach
I am also doing 2 weeks of lipo 6, then 2 weeks of clen. 2 weeks of lipo 6, then 2 weeks of clen, etc for 5 months. I am aiming for around 228-230 at around 8% bf, I started at 265 and in high teens bf%, or think so, maybe less. My goal is 32 inch waist on my 6'4 frame. Since I have narrow hips, should look crazy when I get there.
