hey guys, since I am a rookie when it comes to nutrition and lifting, i am trying to get a good concept of fat loss, supplements and Nutrition. My goal is within a year to get into enough shape to attend the fire academy to leave my current profession, which sucks ass.
one of the problems that i have run into when dieting is that i get bored with what i'm eating and then it all goes to crap after that. any ideas would be great. thanks guys.
