Here is what I am planning on doing, thoughts and input are welcome as I am still waiting on albuterol and t3 in the mail.
week 1-4
albuterol 4mg @ 3 times daily
50mg benadryl @ night
week 5-6 (maybe 7)
25mcg t3 a day
plus 1test/4ad to combat loss of lbm (this will continue until week 8)
Hawthorne Berry 1000mg a day
CoQ10 100mg a day
Celery Seed Extract 150mg @ 2 times daily
pct day 1: nolva 60mg + atd 25mg
pct day 2: nolva 40mg + atd 50mg
pct day 3: nolva 20mg + atd 75mg
pct day 4-7: atd 75mg + 1.5g fenu + 100mg dhea
pct day 8-14: atd 50mg + 2g fenu + 75mg dhea
pct day 15-21: atd 25mg + 2.5g fenu + 50mg dhea
pct days 22-28: atd 25mg + 3g fenu + 25mg dhea
I will also be taking sesamin during pct and possibly some TTA. Throughout everything I will be taking a multi, 1000mg NAC, 600mg ALA, 4g Fish Oil daily.
Cardio will consist of an 30 - 60mins of racquetball 4 times a week. And jump rope for 10 -15 mins after lifting, which is 4-5 times a week. I normally eat clean so this shouldn't be an issue.
I am an endomorph at 240lbs and ~27%bf. Due to being sick for the past two and half months (walking pnuemonia + strep throat + flu = not cool ) and eating how I normally eat with little to no activity has caused me to balloon up and now I want to get back down to ~15%bf.
I will try and get before and after pics with my friends camera and will try and update this at least 3-4times a week once I start.
