    My Holidy Fat Loss Plan


    Here is what I am planning on doing, thoughts and input are welcome as I am still waiting on albuterol and t3 in the mail.

    week 1-4
    albuterol 4mg @ 3 times daily
    50mg benadryl @ night

    week 5-6 (maybe 7)
    25mcg t3 a day
    plus 1test/4ad to combat loss of lbm (this will continue until week 8)
    Hawthorne Berry 1000mg a day
    CoQ10 100mg a day
    Celery Seed Extract 150mg @ 2 times daily

    pct day 1: nolva 60mg + atd 25mg
    pct day 2: nolva 40mg + atd 50mg
    pct day 3: nolva 20mg + atd 75mg
    pct day 4-7: atd 75mg + 1.5g fenu + 100mg dhea
    pct day 8-14: atd 50mg + 2g fenu + 75mg dhea
    pct day 15-21: atd 25mg + 2.5g fenu + 50mg dhea
    pct days 22-28: atd 25mg + 3g fenu + 25mg dhea
    I will also be taking sesamin during pct and possibly some TTA. Throughout everything I will be taking a multi, 1000mg NAC, 600mg ALA, 4g Fish Oil daily.

    Cardio will consist of an 30 - 60mins of racquetball 4 times a week. And jump rope for 10 -15 mins after lifting, which is 4-5 times a week. I normally eat clean so this shouldn't be an issue.

    I am an endomorph at 240lbs and ~27%bf. Due to being sick for the past two and half months (walking pnuemonia + strep throat + flu = not cool ) and eating how I normally eat with little to no activity has caused me to balloon up and now I want to get back down to ~15%bf.

    I will try and get before and after pics with my friends camera and will try and update this at least 3-4times a week once I start.

    I would save the sauce man you shoudl be able to cut down to 10%bf no problem without sacrificing any lean mass. Once you get there then make the call on the drugs. Just my 2cc's.

    Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I've been busy moving into a new place and getting everything situated.
    I just started using alb 2 days ago and am slowly increasing my dosage until I get up to 4mg per dose. I have gotten down to ~232 before using any alb.
    Unfortunately I don't know how long I will be using alb as one bottle broke during the move and managed to spill ~half the bottle yesterday...

    So far I have noticed increased appetite which is somewhat annoying. I definately feel warmer, like a slight fever. But its not causing me to sweat like E+C which I definately like. It also feels like a mild stimulant, nothing serious though.

    Also I'm going to be adding in TTA w/ the albuterol and bcaa's with the t3.

    Im just wondering will a low dose of t3 like 25mcg have any fat burning qualities.

    Don't think so. Your body should have more than that natty. Once your system adjust to compensate for the add'l levels by decreasing its own production you will be right where you started. I would ramp up to at least 75mcg but I also would add an AAS to combat the catabolism T-3 is sure to cause.

    I'm a little paranoid about messing around with t3. My mom is on a prescription for t3 because of hypothyroidism. That was the reason for only doing 25mcg/day.
    I just got results from bloodwork today, TSH was 1.4, definately on the low side of things. I'm starting to question if I should skip over the t3...

    Sorry its taken me so long to update, I started the alb 1/28 but then had to stop b/c of personal reasons. I started it back up 2/13.

    So its been almost a week now and I added in bulk TTA. I woke up this morning and I weighed 221lbs.
    I started gettings cramps from the alb before I added in TTA so I've been taking 3-4g of Taurine twice daily which has taken care of the cramping very nicely.
    I'm taking in around 2g of TTA spread throughout the day. With the alb and TTA fat seems to be melting off. I now sinch my belt up two holes down now. I'm still lifting 4 days a week and racquetball around 4 times a week as well.

    The first couple days of being on alb increased my appetite but now it seems to almost suppress it. Another thing that I've noticed is that EC gives me bad anxiety. Its the complete opposite with alb.


    Unfortunately I did not take any measurements before or after or a starting pic. But I'll try and upload a midway pic here in a sec.

    Weight is the same b/c I slacked on my diet over the 3 day weekend. Still weighing in at 223.

    Some other observations is that I'm starting to get a lot of blemishes on my face, not necessarily white heads but definately red bumps and spots. Like im about to start breaking out with some bad acne like in 7th grade.

    Also it seems like my body itches a lot which im assuming is from the TTA.

    I forgot to write that this week I took a break from alb b/c I ran out and my order to come in until today. I will continue alb next week. Still taking benedryl this week though.

    My weight is staying constant around 223 but I think it is b/c I upped TTA to around 3g a day causing water retention. No bad sides at all just some itching but I can handle it no prob. My arms are starting to thin out nicely, getting veins popping out of my forearms again.
