i've been doing 1hr cardio ed, diet is good-low g.i. and been using clen and t3. i'm 5' 11" 236 and at 12% bf. i can see 4 abs and i still have decent love handles and can't get into 36" jeans. a trainer told me that once you get love handles-you will always have them. i was heavy at 1 time and i'm very frustrated about this. i need some opinions on what to do??
