Has anyone had any experience with this or any opinions? A friend of mine's husband who's company does this out in LA. She said he would do it for free or something for me, or at a reduced cost. From what I am reading it sounds interesting and convincing.

This isn't really the topic to post it in under nutrition, but its probably the closest.
