On a 1000 cal diet what is the break down of protien 40% carb 30% and fat 30%
she just isn't buying it when I tell her..............
any websites on this issue would be great also

Standard is 40/40/20 for the average build as far as I know.
not sure what your asking...but
1000cals
40% protein=400cals=100gms
30% carbs=300cals=75gms
30% fat=300cals=33gms
iv done 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fats
