Please critique my weight loss results.

    Please critique my weight loss results.


    Started cutting on 9/22. at the time these were my measurements:
    Weight 189
    Skinfold at abdomen 30mm
    Measurment at umbilicus 38 inches

    5 days later these are my measurments:

    Weight:184
    Skinfold: 28mm
    Measurement at umbilicus:37 inches.

    So 5 pounds, 2 mm and 1 inch. well I guess something is working cause 3 different measurments say so!

    going to bump up to maint cals for one day, my muscles need it. then back to cutting.

    comments?

    Every 5 days I consume maint. cals. i plan on cutting about 6 weeks total with a refeed every 5 days.

    Refeed I go up to maint cals...still taking protein shakes, and trying to get lots of vitamins and stuff that I miss out during dieting. I feel alot of it gets depleted during extended dieting.
