  1. Keeping the cut

    So I just did my first real cut since I started lifting 5 years ago. Got down to maybe 8-10% BF. Now I'm so anal about not gaining too much back cause I worked my butt of to get there - but I don't wanna stave myself either cause I wanna gain more muscle. Is 10% a decent BF to try and maintain even while tryin to grow some muscle mass again?

  2. Jverch judging by your pic you did a DAMN nice job of cutting.

    I have heard many guys say going up to 12% they can still gain quite nicely. Then they have gained more muscle so their metabolisms are running faster and they are able to cut back down to 10% without being REALLY difficult.
