    junk food


    is it possible to still lose weight when eating a certain amount of junk food, for example today i ate 2 and a half choc bars working at at 345 calories, then around 6 buiscuits at around 450/500 cals, around 900 total for everything i ate junk wise. I also did a short run today and burned 400 clas, if it helps i ate these things in the morning so i had the day to burn them

    It is possible but you would have much better results the cleaner you keep you diet..
    For the chocolate, could you find something to substitute for it.. like if you are looking for the taste.. a Hersey's kiss and the biscuits.. switch it out with oatmeal... easy to make

    yer i do usually eat clean but today i ate that and didnt want it to throw me off because the day before i ran 8 miles and it was hard so i didnt want to cancell it out if you know what i mean

    Nah it shouldn't throw you off, just try to keep it clean which I know is hard.. I can sorta remember having a metabolism like you have now

    i actuallt think my metabolsims really fast, im hungry every hour and a half, maybe thats good aslong as i dont over eat

    I switched a lot of junkfood to supplements that taste good like muscle sandwich (which is mostly junk food) and Muscle Milk by Cytosport mmmm
