I was reading through the "Advanced Muscle Enhancement" book and wondered if anyone has any opinions on the diet? I have my own way of doing things, but I am curious.

They recommended 50-200g carbs/day (with 200 being high) and only carbs from fruits and veggies...avoiding simple and complex carbs.
Protein recommendation is the usual 1-2g.
Fat is emphasized as good as long as it's not saturated.

Anyone try it?
