Help Me With My Cutting Diet

Here is what i got so far, im at 180 right now and 20% bf. Looking to cut slowly over the next month or two to lose about 5-10 pounds while keeping as much muscle as possible. Please give me suggestions and dont hesitate to be brutal because i know i suck at making diets.

Meal 1
1 egg 3 egg whites
1 cup of oatmeal

Meal 2
1 tsp of flax seed oil
1 banana
chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
can of vegetable(s)

Meal 3
1 cup of oatmeal
can of beans

Meal 4
chicken breast
onion
can of vegetable(s)

Meal 5
1 tsp of flax seed oil
25 almonds
1 orange

meal 1: add more protein, get about 30-40g

meal 3: you need a good protein source

meal 5: see #3


-you should be eating 6 meals
-don't forget pre and post workout meals
-canned vegetables are the worst, i'd go w/ frozen veggies

okay i will add a couple more eggs to meal one, and split up a chicken breast between meals 3 and 5.

just add some low fat dairy. How big are you. I try to get 50+ grams of protein each meal.
