You do realize that in a matter of minutes your thread could have been burried and that most people don't navigate to forums, they just use the "new posts" function, right?

drink water, flush that sodium out. Protein without higher sodium is nearly impossible. Get Body Weight x 1.5 in protein. Just avoid shitty frozen meals. The 'too much sodium will kill you' is overblown. Same as 'too much protein will kill you'. The same people who drew up those concepts created that worthless food pyramid.

So don't read the nutritional facts on the side of food product and panic if the sodium is X% of your 'FDA socialist suggested daily value'. That diet is made of 2000calories for inactives turds.

Drink that water though. High Sodium diets are only killing inactive couch potatoes who aren't drinking water in the first place - they are drinking soda. Or Jim Beam and soda in some cases

could be wrong, but that's my take.

for example, take this guy:
he make not be physically impressive or NFL/IFBB talent - but damn he sure follows the food pyramid like a good sheep

he might have helped write the damn thing

ya dig me?

eat your protein, and stay away from the unneccesary sodium elsewhere
