I plan on beginning to take HEAT to help me burn some extra fat, but also take creatine to help build some muscle. I lift and do cardio throughout the week and I try to eat well, but more often then not, I eat complete ****ty food. So these are my questions...1) Will the HEAT and creatine just cancel each other out basically?...2) Is HEAT the best fat burner that won't have me shaking and sweating all day?...thanks
