I plan on beginning to take HEAT to help me burn some extra fat, but also take creatine to help build some muscle. I lift and do cardio throughout the week and I try to eat well, but more often then not, I eat complete shitty food. So these are my questions...1) Will the HEAT and creatine just cancel each other out basically?...2) Is HEAT the best fat burner that won't have me shaking and sweating all day?...thanks
