Bringing Pre/PWO together
After reading through all of the arguments concerning Pre/Post WO and Low/High Gi carbs, what is the general consensus? Should we be shooting for a Low GI meal right before the workout and another one immediately following? Should we stick with the time tested High GI shake during/after? What's the conclusion?
