Question "Salad Dressing"

Hi Everyone!!

Any of you know of or have a recipe for homemade salad dressing that is healthy.

I am tired of seeing the Corn syrup solids, sugar, Excessive salt in these so called "fat Free" dressings, if not for the ff Russian/french or honey dijon w/ all the sugar/corn syrup YOU get tons of excessive Sodium in the FF italian dressings.

I am looking for something that I have control over the salt, which I hope I wont have to use as well as the ingredients to make a healthy Alternative to the store bought kinds.

I have tried making one from just mustard(spicy) red vineger to make it poruale plus tons of dry seasonings. I know about the Balsamic vinegar, but I am not too much into the vinager stuff.

I think u can make a dressing using Silken Tofu, I am not sure.

Your help or input would be highly appreciated!!

Fondly, Emmy aka Gymcandy(397)!!

1 cup of sesame seeds

1 lemon

cup of water

2 Tbs. of flax

1 tsp. of garlic powder

few drops cider vinegar

1 tsp. of sea salt

Grind sesame seeds into fine powder in your decaffeinated coffee grinder. Add remainder of ingredients and blend well until smooth. This is an excellent dip for veggies.
