Figuring activity factor for kcals?
Tweeking my kcals. Got the BMR down (1800 kcals). Was figuring to use MET's for activity. Does 350 kcals sound about right for 1 hour of weightlifting. I'm using 4.5 as the MET because it is in the middle of the moderate and intense. I'm figuring intense is Arnie-like from Pumping Iron.
Any other angles that people have achieved positive results with?
