How do you know that you are holding excess water, and if you are what can be used naturally as a diuretic.

high dose of vitamin b6, caffeine, lots and lots of water, reduce overall sodium intake, cardio, sauna, staying in the heat.

Yeah drink more water. Most people think they should cut back on water if they are retaining. But if you drink more, then your body will think it doesn't need to hold onto as much and will start releasing it.

It's mainly electrolyte balance. Most get too much sodium, but not enough potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc.

How do you know that you are holding excess water, and if you are what can be used naturally as a diuretic.
If you do not drink enough or have too much sodium chances are you're holding water. Uva Ursi and Dandelion Root are natural diuretics. However, you don't need to use diuretics to get rid of any excess water; just drink more and get your mineral balance right.

Yes I agree! You definitely need to continue the water intake.
