All Whey All Day Diet????

  1. All Whey All Day Diet????

Even though Ive heard not to just drink shakes I was wondering if anyone has ever tried it and what the deal is. In the near future I was going to try to cycle carbs but Im not sure what to eat on no carb days I was thinking of just taking like 4 shakes a day.

  2. Not a good idea IMO. Your digestive system is better at handling whole foods.

Agreed. Chicken breast on salad a few times a day. Eat dry lettuce and the carbs are minimal.
