Pro/Fat Shake

Do you guys that that 10-12g of Carbs is too high when taking a Pro/Fat shake? I am about to order the ATW 20/30 blend because it just alot cheaper but I realize this may be kinda high, might have to switch!

I personally don't put any carbs in my pro fat shake which I use preworkout. Dex/pro postworkout.

My personal lifestyle of eating consist of P&C and P&F

Yeah, I figure that 10-12 was way too high so I swithced to the regular blend. I mean hey sometimes you gotta just spend alittle cash thats all!
