Recommended (necessary?) supps while bulking naturally

What supplements do you all recommend if someone wanted to optimize muscle gain with the minimization of fat gain being of supreme importance? I understand things like protien, PWO drinks, but am wondering about stuff like BCAA's, R-Ala and the like. Any suggestions? Any websites with a master list of what is usually recommended?

Do cardio at moderate intensity 5 days a week around 40 minutes a session, keep your heart rate around 140 bpm. That way you keep your cardiovascular system in great shape and also help burn off fat by keeping your metabolism elevated constantly. Also, you can eat more calories as well which will go towards your bulking and muscle buiding goal.

Thanks. I'm training for football so cardio is already included, I just need to add size. What supps do you suggest I take?

Supplements are not necessary - hence they are called supplements.

Some can be of benefit. Most IMO are overpriced hype. None will make up for a lackluster diet.

Agreed that supps aren't needed. Creatine is the only thing that I'd recommend. IMO there are more good cutting supps out there then muscle building supps.

BTW- Methyl, that is NOT Arnold.

Thanks for responses. My diet is in order, I'm not too worried about that. I guess I was just wondering about things like R-ala, the type of supps that somec all invaluable but not everyone uses.

I've never personally tried it, but Avant Lab's Leptigen MASS is suppose to do exactly that. If it works anything like Leptigen Basic, it'd be worth a try. Also their Sesathin is supposed to be really good for loosing weight, but people use it during their bulking cycle to keep fat off. It's apparently anti-anabolic to a certain degree, but you did mention "minimization of fat gain being of supreme importance".

I sure did. I've heard of sesathing, but will probably hold off on that until I'm cutting. It's somewhat nice playing football as camp serves as a 3 week diet session. I'll look into the leptigen mass.

if you do end up getting the LM, please post a review after you're done. I'm looking for some feedback on it since I'm in a similar situation and was looking into it as well.

OK. What are anyone's thoughts on CEE versus regular creatine? I have never taken creatine before so I assume there would be an advantage to me doing so, I am just worried about the bloating and water retention that is so often reported with it.

If you get legit CEE, it virtually eliminates all the bloating and water retention associated with Creatine Mono. It's definatly worth looking into. Just two suggestions if you do go for it though:
a) make sure that you know the CEE you're getting is legit (i.e. Custom's)
b) you might want to try getting caps over powder as the powder doesn't exactly taste "horrible" per se, but it's really kind of tarty and I make tons of funny faces when I take it.
