| Registered User | Anyone eat every hour? This seems to be working for me--> 6am Protein, carbs 10am Protein 11am Carbs 12pm Protein 1pm Carbs And so on. I eat fats later on at night Has anyone tried this? works well for me! |

| USA HOCKEY | each to his own, I can usually eat clean every 2 hours and not pack on fat. If the 'meals' don't exceed 300calories your probably okay. |

| Registered User | 50 grams of protein Chicken 30 grams carbs oatmeal Sweet potato PWO. I'm not gaining a once of fat. I'm getting leaner each day. It's crazy and amazing! I'm on GH, IGF and Test. My appetite it through the roof. I get hungry every hour. |
