ive never heard of this nor would i ever try it or codone trying it. no offense but if it works for you fine but your food just doesn't digest this fast and will quickly lead to a constantly insulin spike, which will pack fat on in no time.

each to his own, I can usually eat clean every 2 hours and not pack on fat. If the 'meals' don't exceed 300calories your probably okay.

I try to eat every 2 hours while bulking. Its the only way I can get down ~4500 calories and still get a reasonable mount of sleep.
