Im bad in math Meal 1 10 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal(instant) with milk Meal 2 1 grilled chicken breast/ 1/2 cup boiled vegs Meal 3 2 cans of tuna Meal 4 1/2 lb steak Meal 5 2 cans of tuna Meal 6 (b4 bed) 50 gms Protien shake thanks |

| Board Supporter | Gotta give more info bro. Meal 1- how much milk are you drinking and is it skim, 1 %, etc? Meal 2- How big is the chicken breast? Meals 3 and 5- Tuna in water or oil? Meal 4- What type of steak is it? The difference in fat cals could make A HUGE difference. I really hope this isn't your diet.
