Cals count

hey Bros

Can anyone please give me a rough idea about how many cals and grams of protien/carbs/fat Im eating If I consume the following . Im bad in math

Meal 1 10 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal(instant) with milk
Meal 2 1 grilled chicken breast/ 1/2 cup boiled vegs
Meal 3 2 cans of tuna
Meal 4 1/2 lb steak
Meal 5 2 cans of tuna
Meal 6 (b4 bed) 50 gms Protien shake

Well...I'm not gonna add it all up...but if you really wanted someone to you need the type of milk, the cut of steak, type of veggie, etc etc. Search the internet...you'll easily be able to find the data.

Gotta give more info bro.

Meal 1- how much milk are you drinking and is it skim, 1 %, etc?
Meal 2- How big is the chicken breast?
Meals 3 and 5- Tuna in water or oil?
Meal 4- What type of steak is it? The difference in fat cals could make A HUGE difference.

I really hope this isn't your diet. There are virtually no carbs and no fats.

lemme revise it

Meal 1.... 10 egg whites scrambled , 1/2 cup oatmeal(instant) with 1/2 cup whole milk
Meal 2.... 6 oz grilled chicken breast/ 1/2 cup boiled vegs
Meal 3.... 2 cans of tuna in water (55gms of protien)
Meal 4.... 1/2 lb steak,, regular cut all visible fat trimmed
Meal 5.... 2 cans of tuna in water
Meal 6.... (b4 bed) 50 gms Protien shake

so how mayne cals/fat carbs protien are all together? app

thanks for replying bro, What carb sources would u add to this?
This is my potential diet for an upcomping cut, (Ill be using some PH's too) so i wanna go really low cals/carbs

do yourself a favor and don't go "really low cal" or you'll defeat the purpose of your cut. Also, if you eat clean, there is no reason to cut out carbs, so try some yams, black beans (thanks exnihilo ), oats, fibrous veggies, red potatoes. Find items that are low gi.
