I got her eating a lot of omega-3's. Flax, fish, etc. Lean meats, some fruits/oats in the morning etc. I also have her taking 1 capsule of green tea extract twice daily, 1-1.5 grams of alcar per day, and i got her lifting weights twice a week and cardio 3-4 times per week. mixture of fast walking/elliptical/jogging so she doesnt get bored. She wants to lose weigth at any cost and she is very dedicated. She is also drinking about a gallon of water per day. Anything else you guys can think of that im overlooking?
