Need help for friend

So not sure where to put this, mods feel free to move thread. So I have a friend who gave birth to two twins about 7 years ago. She eventually wants to compete but is a bit self-conscious about some fat/striations/cellulite she has where her c-section scar was at. Any supps/ products that help with that? Looking to my AM bros to help me out

Im pretty sure I've seen a cream specifically for like stretch marks after pregnancy? Not positive tho. Other than that is would just recommend a clean diet to reduce fat.

Thanks lean engineer shes currently eating clean, on some var and helios im gonna look for the cream
