please critique my cutting diet

I'm designing a new cutting diet for myself, approximately 25%c/55%p/15%f. I work out in the morning, so "meal 0" is my pre-workout and "meal 1" is post.

Up until now I've been doing CKD, but I want to flip over to a new diet to mix things up for a while.

I'm 6'0", 165 lbs, ~10%bf (gotta get down low enough to lose the last of the belly fat!). My lifting is similar to MAX-OT, and I do HIIT 4 days a week as well. I'm planning on running clen/ketotifen at the same time.

(Sorry if the presentation seems a little weird; I was pretty lazy when I wrote the "report generation" parts of my diet database software...)

i dunno bro. at 6'0, 165lbs you might want to consider throwing some weight on before considering a cutting cycle. if you have any pics, put em up. but from what i've read so far, bulking might be a better idea. JMO.

I agree with Beelzebub, if it means anything!

You're not eating enough carbs for HIIT cardio IMO. I would also advise against the HIIT cardio, but that's a separate issue.

Fair enough. The problem is, at the moment I'm also training for a marathon in July. I don't want to be carrying any more weight than I have to.

As soon as I'm done with that marathon, I'm going to bulk. I figure I may as well use the intervening time to get myself as lean as possible.

Training for a marathon eh? Haven't you cycled before? I would have a hard time going so far backwards like that....

Maybe this'll teach me to keep my big mouth shut and not volunteer to head the company team next year :whip:
