Count cals from supplements?

Curious if I should be counting the cals from my BCAA supps and glutamine. I typically get about 10g of aminos pre workout(fasted) 5g during, another 15g BCAAs/glutamine added to post w/o shake. Thanks!

You're looking at 120 cals of aminos within the workout period I wouldn't count it personally

Cool thanks! I didn't think so considering they're aminos. But really trying to dial in my diet.

If you really want to but it is going to be an negligible amount. As in, won't make/break a diet

strong this! Do not stress over 15g of aminos that are likely to be drank periworkout
