I hear and see about all of these supplements but would like to hear what you guys think about what i take and if there is anything else that i should be doing. For the most part my diet is real good, even on cheat day i have to make myself cheat. I take multi vitamin, vitamin c, fish oil, creatine with phosphates, glutamine, muscle synergy,plenty of virgin olive oil, and enough protein to chip porcelain. lol So is there anything else that i should be taking to help my goals of getting bigger, and staying somewhat lean. Just to let you know my diet consist of 80% of the time is steaks, chicken breast, and steamed and fresh vegetables, 1-2 a week fish, and of course the usual mornings include egg white's, oats, whole wheat toast, etc.. try to change it up alittle.
