    what u guys think ... make changes add stuff in


    protein shake
    orange juice
    whole wheat toast
    tsb of anpb


    grilled chicken
    whole wheat wrap
    light ranch dressing


    turkey sandwhich/ apple


    protein shake/ tuna/ light mayo



    before bed

    anapb/crackers/protein shake

  2. are you trying to cut? or bulk? also what's your height weight and approximate body fat

  3. current weight 177 heigh 5'8 trying to gain some lean mass lifting for almost a little more than 2 years bf some where around 15%
