    what u guys think ... make changes add stuff in

    breakfast

    protein shake
    orange juice
    whole wheat toast
    tsb of anpb

    lunch

    grilled chicken
    banana
    whole wheat wrap
    light ranch dressing
    pretzels

    snack

    turkey sandwhich/ apple

    snack

    protein shake/ tuna/ light mayo

    dinner

    steak/potato/salad/brocclli

    before bed

    anapb/crackers/protein shake

    are you trying to cut? or bulk? also what's your height weight and approximate body fat

    current weight 177 heigh 5'8 trying to gain some lean mass lifting for almost a little more than 2 years bf some where around 15%
