Meal 1: 58g carbs/40g protein/15g fat
-1 cup oatmeal
-1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
-1 scoop whey protein
-1.5ml sesathin
-1 multi-vitamin
Meal 2: (oatmeal pancake) 85g carbs/50g protein/30g fat
-1.5 cups oatmeal
-1/2 cup liquid egg whites
-1 scoop whey protein (for topping)
-1/4 cup raw walnuts
-1.5ml sesathin
Pre-WO: 0/0/0
-1 scoop dymatize xpand
Post-WO: 85g carbs/50g protein/10.5g fat
-1 scoop dymatize xpand
-(30 min later) 2 scoops whey protein
-1.5 cups oatmeal
Meal 3: 10g carbs/50g protein/7g fat
-5 oz. chicken breast
-1 cup broccoli
-1 cup green beans
-few slices fat free mozzerella cheese (melted on top of chicken)
-5 fish oil caps
-1.5ml sesathin
Meal 4: 10g carbs/40g protein/7g fat
-5 oz. chicken breast
-1 cup spinach
-1 cup broccoli
-5 fish oil caps
-1.5ml sesathin

im currently finishing up my last week of a clen/t3 cycle...in addition to that i use
dymatize elite whey/dymatize xpand/eca stack(when off clen/t3)/sesathin/multi/
and fish oil caps

just to let me know how it looks and stuff...i forgot to add that i train with weights 5 days a week and
do cardio 6-7 days per week ranging anywhere from 45-60min sometimes more...most of the time is post weights but once in a while i will do it on a empty stomache in the morning before work...usually i do fasted cardio on the weekends for about 1 hour and 15 min...i also have 1-2 cheat meals per week usually on the weekend hence the heavy cardio on those days...later
