First off!

Used by backpackers and bikers its any combo of a sweet substance and a fat like nuts. Here are some of my favorite recipes!
1 lb peanuts
4 cups chocolate chips
mix togeather. done! simple and easy to eat. for quick sustained energy!
Some other mixes include the use of raisens, almonds, grainola, dryed apple, M&Ms and anything you can think of. If you wanna snack make some of this stuff!
