my current stats are 5'5, (started weightlifting at 140) 160, and 12-13% bf. .

i put on a crap-load of weight in 4 months and somehow maintained or even lowered my bf percentage. i eat every 2-3 hours from when i wake til i crash out at night and my daily regimen of food consists of:

4 eggs with 1/2 cup of whole milk w/ tsp of soy sauce
1-2 tuna sandwiches (w/ whole wheat)
1-2 pb & j sandwiches (w/ whole wheat)
1 6-8 oz chicken breast
3 eggs w/ tsp of soy sauce
1 bowl of oatmeal cereal w/ whole milk

NOTE: one sandwich is a meal

i understand one must consume more when "ON" cycle to make the best of the bulk and eat EVEN MORE for pct to maintain that bulk.

can i get some suggestions on what i'm missing or what i could use less of?
