Keto Muscle Building

Looking for any feedback on muscle building or strength gains while using a low carb diet. If so, straight or CkD type? I feel a ton better eating low carb than I do eating a straight "clean" diet. Much more energy, clearer thinking, but I do agree that you don't get the pump in the gym. For us looking for the benefits of both worlds, is the CKD the way to go? Seems to make sense, but I also can see where it kinda is like hedging on both the strength and fat loss potential of the higher and lower carb diets. Also, anyone had any luck using PH's and gaining strength (not so much mass) while doing some form of keto dieting. Thanks in advance..
